These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pepecoin.ca (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

The Site is an independent Canadian community educational resource focused on Pepecoin ($PEP), a layer-1 cryptocurrency. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of:

  • The Pepecoin Foundation or any official Pepecoin project entity
  • The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
  • The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO)
  • The Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC)
  • Any provincial securities regulator

The Site is operated as an independent community resource. References to the Site as "we," "us," or "our" refer collectively to the publisher of this Site.
